The Most Comprehensive and Adaptable Skills Framework
Why Did We Build The LRP?
Need For SEL+ Skills
Skills like research, financial literacy and networking are essential but aren't covered in the typical SEL framework.
Lack of a Global Framework
Most frameworks are geographically contextual. But in today's global, diverse world we need a framework that is suitable to all students.
Inflexible Frameworks
The LRP has 115 modules and aligns with 10+ global frameworks. It can also be customized to the needs of your school.
I love that for each topic, I can utilize a variety of lesson plan formats. With my 8th grade teachers, they’re using the teacher-guided lesson plans and student worksheets. With my 9th grade teachers, they’re engaging with the content in the platform and supplementing it with the second tier of supporting materials.

How Did We Create The LRP?
Step 1
Primary Research
We surveyed and interviewed 162+ parents, students, educators and administrators to identify which skills are career agnostic and not taught in school.
Step 2
Interview Hiring Managers
We then spoke to 36 hiring and recruiting managers from 20 different industries to learn what soft skills they look for while hiring new employees.
Step 3
Cross Reference
We cross referenced the data with the top 10 most widely used skills frameworks globally - OECD, CASEL, Power Skills, Singapore Skills Future, IB Learner Profile, etc.
